Russell Solberg
Russell Solberg is an accomplished IT leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic business operations in the insurance and manufacturing industries. Known for his expertise in business process transformation & software development, he has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams through complex changes, optimizing systems with Six Sigma Lean Management to enhance efficiency, cut costs, and increase revenues.
Russell and his family sold their businesses to the Baldwin Group in 2020 (VibrantUSA and AgencyRM) where Russell remains employed today as the Director of IT, Health.
Russell also founded the Cascade Baseball Club (CBC Outlaws) in 2023, blending his leadership talents in both business and sports.
